How do I upload files to Willow360?
You can drag files from your computer, email files to workflows or a file can be directly pushed to a workflow from an MFD using the Collector app.
Is Willow360 a cloud or on-prem product?
Willow360 is a cloud product, sending files to Willow360 from an MFD requires an on-prem agent to be installed called the Collector.
How can workflows help me?
Workflows can replace repetitive tasks and consistently perform them over and over again. A workflow can represent an internal process, Willow360 makes sure the process is dealt with no errors and is not forgotten.
Is there a limit to workflows I can produce in Willow360?
Only your imagination… too obvious? You can create as many workflows as you like and we are adding new workflow capabilities all the time.
Can I arrange a trial for Willow360?

Does Willow360 integrate with email?
You can both email documents to Willow360 workflows, or you can send emails from Willow360 workflows.
Which external cloud storage services does Willow360 integrate with?
Currently OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox & Google Drive.
Is there any limit to the number of processes a workflow can have?
We call processes “Actions”, and you can use as many as you like.
How does Willow360 protect document data?
We store customer data segregated and encrypted. More information is available in our security and compliance documentation.
Can Willow360 be used by multiple departments?
Yes we call them “Teams” and you can create as many as you like. You can limit workflows easily to different teams or at an individual level.
Is Willow360 available to download as an App?
No, Willow360 is browser based.
Which web browsers are compatible?
Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari are validated.
Which file types are compatible to upload to Willow360?
You can upload any file type, though only certain Actions can be performed on certain file types.
How many teams can I add?
As many as you like.
Are there limitations to how many users I can add in a team?
No limitations.
How long does Willow360 store my files for?
Once a file has finished in a workflow it is retained for 30 days in the system. More information can be found in our data security FAQ.
When do I get notified by Willow360?
Willow360 sends push notifications when it needs you to do something, such as approve a document. These popup on your computer and lead you directly to what you need to do.
