As a safe haven for all of us wishing to escape from the most tedious and repetitive of work tasks, it's no wonder more and more people are populating the world of Willow360. Willow360 is a place built on simplicity, meaning everything from e-signatures and invoice approvals to storing files in Google drive can all be automated beforehand workflows that are incredibly easy to build and manage.
But don't take our word for it, hear what our growing community has to say about Willow360 with the customer stories below.
What workflow works for you?
Every business is unique, therefore the way in which business processes are created and approached can differ from person to person.
It's why Willow360 can ensure every custom-built automated workflow can easily fit into any workspace or business.
Meet Sophia
Sophia lives in London and works in finance at a clothing company. She is dynamic, intelligent and sees the big picture, but she has a problem. She’s bogged down with so many time consuming and monotonous tasks that she doesn’t get to show her talents and shine.
Since Sophia adopted Willow360's automated workflows, she has said goodbye to such work. Managers are automatically asked to approve applicable invoices; the appropriate stamps and signatures are applied and the regional accountants are notified to make payments. Sophia even knows when the payment has been made and has a record of everything in a finance only SharePoint site. When processing requirements change, Sophia can tell Willow360 to do things differently by herself. She is in control.
This makes Sophia happy. It frees up her time to work on other projects and she can shine.

Tony's Story
Meet Tony, Accounts manager at a local bakery. Each week he needs to send orders for ingredients to suppliers to keep the business running smoothly but all purchase orders issued need approval. Tony manually sends each PO by email to the Finance Director for sign off and they then sign and scan it back to Tony for processing.
The problem is, if the Finance Director is unavailable Tony needs to send it to someone else. This causes delays and confusion, wastes paper and risks the business experiencing a drop in sales.
If only he had Willow360 to send the PO to one email address where any of the directors could approve the order, add a signature without printing it off and send it back to the purchasing team. And the Cherry on top? Every PO is tracked through the system.
So, Tony can spend less time worrying about approval and more time working on the things he loves. It's a win for Tony, a win for the bakery and a win for their loyal customers.

Meet Alex
Alex is working from home for a legal department at a construction company. Part of his job involves checking project contracts, printing & signing them, then sending them off by courier to the company director for approval. He then has to wait for the director to sign and send the document to the service department.
Today he has a deadline for sending an important contract. Unexpectedly the printer jams!
He starts panicking and the courier is knocking on the door ready to pick up the document.
Now with Willow360, Alex is able to send a contract to his director in a second, signing it with the organisational digital signature. The job then gets sent automatically to the service department and SharePoint.
