Improvements

We are always working to improve your experience of Willow360. This latest release introduces a brand new WillowSign action. This allows users to digitally sign documents that are legally binding using the power of SignWell.

Digital Signing

We’ve renamed our digital signing actions for clarity.

• WillowSign – Our premium document signing action.
• Simple Sign – Simple document signing action.
• Auto Sign – Stamps a signature image automatically in documents.

Credit Management

• We’ve improved the credit audit facility to make it easier for you to track credit consumption.
• You can now easily see how many credits a workflow will consume for each file.

Bug Fixes

• We solved a minor processing permission issue.
• We corrected a file history labelling issue when Willow360 removed expired files.

New features

Replace File option

We have added a Replace File option to allow for a smoother user experience in some situations.

• When a file has been rejected in an Approve action, the user who added the file can replace it with a corrected/updated version.
• When a file is in a Custom Task action, the performer of the custom task may wish to replace the file if they modified it outside Willow360 e.g., they added some comment text labels to it or translated it manually.

Improvements

Supply Information – List option

• When building forms in a Supply Information action you can now create selectable option lists.

Bug fixes

The following issues have been corrected:

• ODT to PDF conversion issues for certain files.
• Approve action recorded twice in file history in certain circumstances.

New features

We are always working to improve your experience of Willow360. This latest release has a number of improvements to how Willow360 handles file storage and approvals.

Cloud Drive actions:
A major update allows the automatic creation of subfolders using Willow360 metadata. This can be used to automatically create a folder structure that allows placement of files in Year/Month folders or in folders using any other metadata available.

Approve Action:
A new option that requires all the people in an approval action to approve the file. If this option is not used any single one of the people can approve the file.

Improvements

Rename Action:
It is now possible to automatically force unique filenames or remain exactly as specified.

Bug fixes

The following issues have been corrected:

• Email to a team email address with ? in the title failed.
• Parameterised XML data from Umango would not be accepted.

• Improved flexibility with new Willow360 metadata
• Notifications are now also shown in the browser tab title, so they aren’t missed

New features

This release introduces the External Data action and input types for the Supply Information action. 

• The new External Data action allows XML formatted metadata created by external services or devices such as MFDs to be used in other Willow360 actions. For example, Umango, or similar software may perform OCR on an invoice file, extracting useful data e.g. Invoice No, Customer ID, Customer Email, Total Amount etc. storing it in an XML file that accompanies the invoice file. With the new External Data action, Willow360 can read that data and use it when appropriate in subsequent actions.
• Workflow Creators can now set an input type in the Supply Information action, valid options are Text, Number or Email. This allows Willow360 to better validate supplied information reducing scope for user error and allows Willow360 to use this information in a more intelligent way.

New features

This release introduces the new Supply Information action.

• This action can prompt users to fill in a form at some point in the workflow to collect additional data needed in the processing of the workflow. The information supplied is stored as metadata for optional later use in other actions in the workflow. The design of a Supply Information form is performed by the workflow creator to include exactly what is required.
